Global Triathlon Awards (GTA’s) Terms & Conditions
Thank you for your interest in participating and/or attending the inaugural Global Triathlon Awards. Before you proceed to purchase tickets or tables, we strongly recommend you read through our terms and conditions:
Parties
The ‘holder’, ‘bearer’, and ‘purchaser’ will refer to you as the ticket purchaser, whereas ‘our’, ‘us’, ‘we’, ‘issuer’, ‘provider’ will indicate the organisers of the GTA’s – Super League International Ltd.
Refund Policy
Please note, we operate a no cancellation policy; we will not be able to provide you with a refund if you or your guests are unable able to attend the event. If you are unable to attend the event you may nominate an alternative guest to attend in your place. All replacement names should be received in writing addressed to Lauralee no less than 14 working days before the event to info@globaltriawards.com SUBJECT: Guest Name Change. Thank you for your cooperation.
The GTA’s cannot be redeemed against cash, credits, or any other benefits. If you are not able to access Hyatt Regency Nice Palais de la Méditerranée, 13 Prom. des Anglais, 06000 Nice, France on Friday, 20th January 2023 due to delays, Government or Local Authority regulations, organiser policies, weather-related problems, emergencies, venue shutdown/evacuation or any other reason, you will not be eligible for any refunds or future credits.
Terms of Use
By opting to purchase, allocate or possess tickets to the GTA’s, you automatically agree to our terms of use. If you are unhappy with any of the clauses listed below or do not agree with the risk allocations mentioned here, please do not purchase the tickets.
Risk & Liability
The GTA’s does not take any responsibility for personal/financial damages caused to you at the venue, or for any items lost/stolen/misplaced at the venue.
The GTA’s will follow local and government restrictions and guidelines. However, attendance to the ceremony is at your own risk and the GTA’s are not liable if you believe you have contracted COVID-19 at the event ceremony. The guidance and restrictions could change and therefore the GTA’s reserves the right to remove or impose additional restrictions or rules to ensure the accessibility and safety of everyone at the event ceremony.
Seats, Tickets & Table Pricing
- The price for one standard Ceremony Awards Ticket is £220 + VAT, with ONE seat allocation for you at a standard ceremony table.
- The price for one standard Ceremony Awards Table is £2000 + VAT, with TEN seat allocations for you and your guests.
- The price for one VIP Awards Table is £2700 + VAT, with EIGHT seat allocations for you and your guests, seated alongside a VIP Triathlete and their guest.
Please note UK VAT cannot be deducted, regardless of where you are based in the world.
These figures are non-negotiable.
The ticket you purchase represents a revocable license for you to access Hyatt Regency Nice Palais de la Méditerranée, 13 Prom. des Anglais, 06000 Nice, France on Friday, 20th January 2023 when the GTA’s are scheduled to be hosted.
Event Cancellation
Under the circumstances where the GTA’s are cancelled in its entirety due to any reason or cause beyond the control of the issuer, the organiser has the sole and absolute right to:
i) reschedule the event, or
ii) issue a partial/full refund, or
iii) not issue any refunds.
Reason will be inclusive of, but not limited to, natural disasters, Government or Local Authority announcements, strikes, epidemic or pandemic.
If the GTA’s have to be rescheduled to other dates, you will not be eligible for any refunds. In case the event is fully cancelled, the refund, if issued, will include ONLY the face value/printed value of the ticket(s)/table. The bearer cannot, under any circumstances, claim refunds on shipping fees, processing fees, handling fees, or other charges.
Please note that the decision of the issuer in such cases will be deemed final and binding.
Your Data Collection
By purchasing GTA tickets and presenting the same at the venue, you give your consent to the GTA’s to collect certain information about yourself. Please see our Privacy policy for details.
